# Agents

The **Agents** module (`⌃⌥A` / `Ctrl+Alt+A`) shows the Claude Code sessions running on your machine. Watching changes
nothing: tratto never starts or stops an agent and writes no file. The one thing it sends is a prompt you choose to send
to a session (see below).

## What you see

- **The machine:** its load, how much of it Claude uses, and how many tasks run.
- **The tasks:** each session and its sub-agents as a tree, with what each one cost.
- **The worktrees** the agents work in.
- **The uncommitted files**, with which agent changed each one and how sure tratto is. An agent counts as the author
when its edit tool touched the file, or when one of its shell commands named the file in the 15 minutes before it
  changed.
- **The history of a file**, change by change.

## Talking to a session

You can send a prompt to a running Claude Code session, or ask a read-only copy of it for its status or a summary,
without disturbing it.

## Not built yet

**Actions › Start Agent** and **Stop Agents** are greyed out in the menu.
